Day Seventeen - Visiting a hidden garden in an urban setting

 In a small outside courtyard between two of the main buildings in the Potteries Museum in Hanley is a hidden oasis for nature.

A little Secret Garden

Let's go inside

Through the potting shed

and outside into the light drizzle

 Out here are lots of different plants

All grown in containers for their sensory qualities of scent and touch

 A little haven for nature

 In the midst of the tall buildings

in the centre of the city.
